We work hard to make scheduling easy for all parties involved. The scheduling office will work with the buyer, and agents to make sure everything is in place to make sure the inspection can go forward as scheduled.
Home Inspections generally take 2 to 4 hours onsite, depending upon the size and condition of the home. I encourage clients to join the inspection. Feel free to ask any questions or to follow me around during the inspection. I am there to give you information about the home. We follow the InterNACHI standards of practice. After the onsite inspection, the inspector will create the detailed home inspection report, complete with detailed images of any issues found. Reports are generally emailed within 48 hours. We work to produce and send the report as quickly as possible but our reports are very comprehensive and we strive for quality over speed.
